This past weekend was really what I needed. I spent time with my parents, and we went to Griffith Park because I really wanted to see the Griffith Observatory. The Observatory was closed for 4 years for maintenance and what not, which is basically a long time. I feel bad for anyone that had it on their bucket list and couldn’t see it. I love astrology and astronomy, so it was refreshing being somewhere familiar. Unfortunately its the busiest place in L.A next to well everything in L.A I suppose hahaha. The views were to die for, and the building was beautiful, it was a really good and relaxing day.
I am going to be visiting a very old friend of mine in New York state in about a week and a half, which is crazy because I have not seen her in 4 years. This trip has got me thinking about a lot of things, which has left me in a very sentimental state. I decided to start writing letters to people I love and trying to visit as many places in L.A that I haven’t seen. This may all sound a bit strange, but I am trying to live life in the moment, and I am really content with everything in my life, even if I have lupus, and I am almost always broke, but everything feels like its exactly where I should be right now
