Long Over Do

I have been trying to get my stuff together. Its been kind of a set back now that I know that my computer’s hard drive is fried. I have to wait another week for it to be repaired, so I am feeling a little set back with this news. Other than that I have been busy, and catching up on things that I really needed to stop putting off.

Almost Bare

I love lingerie!! Lingerie is one of those things that people don’t talk about or appreciate enough, in my opinion. My fondest memory of a child is trying on my mother’s clothes, especially her lingerie, and I even remember how she used to take care of them. I realize this post is a couple of weeks late considering it was Valentines day ,but why does a lady have to invest in beautiful lingerie on the one day that suffocates the concept of love? She doesn’t! So ladies start investing in some pretty under garments because from experience, I have always had a better day when I am wearing lingerie that makes me feel sexy and pretty, plus your body deserves it. I put together three sets that are filled with lingerie ideas and are at an affordable price range since this financial crisis has hit everyone pretty hard I might say.

Stieg Larson Makes Me Want to be a Badass

I have taken on a new obsession that may or may not be a problem, it is called the Stieg Larson syndrome. Basically I love his books, the trilogy of ”The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo”, and Salander is my badass chick that does not give a shit crush. My father had mentioned the books to me about a year ago, I brushed them off because they got so much publicity. I finally purchased the first book a month ago, the first page got me hooked. I read the 700 page novel in two days, and got sad and impatient for the second installment, so I rushed to the closest Target I could find. I have yet to read the third and last installment of the trilogy, mostly due to my bitterness on Larson passing away. However I thought Salander’s badass style was something I would be seeing around soon on the streets considering the big motion picture is coming out in December. So here is my tribute to Mr. Larson and his badass character Lisbeth Salander with his character inspired look.
